Individuals seeking residential treatment, methadone treatment or if unknown which level of care must call 1-800-834-3393 for a screening and possible referral to treatment.

Individuals seeking Withdrawal Management services may go directly to a treatment provider.  Individuals seeking Outpatient services may also contact a provider directly.
