Northern Michigan Regional Entity (NMRE) is one of ten Prepaid Inpatient Health Plans (PIHPs) in the state of Michigan to manage the behavioral health (mental health, intellectual disability and substance use disorder) services for people enrolled in Medicaid. NMRE does this in Michigan's PIHP Region 2 which covers the 21 counties of Michigan's lower peninsula with our office located in Gaylord, MI.
